What the worker pays. No joining fee, no registration charge, and we never take a percentage of their salary.
Agreed directly between you and them, paid directly by you. It does not pass through us and we take no cut of it.

Tell us and we replace them. Three replacements are included in the first twelve months, and you do not have to justify the request — if it isn't working in your home, it isn't working.
If we cannot find a suitable replacement within the guarantee period, we refund the placement fee on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the twelve months. That is written into our terms rather than offered case by case.

We do not charge the worker. We do not take a commission on their salary. We do not ask for payment before a placement has started. And we do not place with households that will not commit to a weekly day off and eight uninterrupted hours of rest for live-in staff.
The most common complaint in this industry is a non-refundable fee paid up front for a placement that never arrives. Our fee is payable after they start, which removes that possibility entirely.
We are not setting the salary — you are — but it helps to know what Delhi-NCR households are currently paying, because an underpaid placement usually ends within weeks and neither of us wants that.

Live-in roles additionally require a separate room and food. Ranges reflect experience, hours, and how specific your requirements are — a cook who must be vegetarian and speak Bengali will sit at the upper end, because fewer people match.
